Policies:
Pricing Transparency, Elevated: The listed price covers your curated setup. A refundable damage deposit, stairs fee, pet fee and any applicable travel fee are not included and will be added after we finalize your booking.
To Reserve Your Date: We require a non‑refundable deposit of 50%, which allows us to secure your inventory, block your event time, and begin preparing your custom experience. If your plans change, we’re happy to offer rebooking within 90 days to any available date. In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule accordingly.
Damage Fee: A refundable damage fee of $100 will be included with your final payment. This fee will be refunded once all items are picked up and confirmed to be undamaged and complete.
Stairs: If stairs are required for setup and breakdown, a $20 fee will be added to your invoice.
Travel Fee: For services requiring travel beyond 25 miles from Canton, a travel fee will apply. Please contact us directly for specific pricing.
Pet Fee: To preserve the quality and longevity of our premium sleepover setups, homes with indoor pets will incur a $45 pet cleaning fee. This covers the additional deep‑cleaning required to maintain our high standards of hygiene and presentation. It also ensures a safe environment for all families, as some guests may have sensitivities or allergic reactions to pet dander. We truly appreciate your understanding as we continue delivering a pristine, boutique experience for every client.
BYOP: Bring your own pillow. For hygiene reasons, our pillows are decorative only and we ask that partygoers bring their own sleeping pillows.
Supervision and Liability: Children must be supervised at all times by an adult (18 years or older) during the rental period. Cozy Corner Sleepovers will not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage to property, however caused, during your rental period. The client assumes full responsibility for any accidents that occur during the rental period. If you have any safety concerns regarding any of our rentals, please let us know prior to departure after setup so we can modify or remove items if needed.
Photography Consent: We reserve the right to use the photographs taken at your event in our promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing. Cozy Corner Sleepovers will never disclose names, ages, addresses, or any personal information. However, we respect your privacy, and you may request not to have all, or part of your party photographed, and we will honor that request.
